ECG Mobile Inc. was brought to life after a decade of installations for others, taking note of all the things along the way that, in my opinion, could use some work.

I wanted to be a fair employer, the guy that answered the phone or emails and did not keep my customers or co-workers waiting on a reply for days on end.

I wanted to build relationships with customers, not just rush through a job so that I could invoice and forget that they ever existed.

I wanted the people that work with me to feel valued and share in my company values.

The right people with proper training and an urgency to do the job with pride the first time would be my company’s biggest assets.

Well, here we are. ECG Mobile is born.
